Terms of Use

By creating an account or using OhPuppy, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

The service

OhPuppy is a community app for dog owners and pet-care providers (walkers, vets, shops, shelters). OhPuppy is a platform/marketplace that connects users; the products and services are provided by the independent third parties you choose to interact with.

Accounts

• You're responsible for your account and for keeping your password safe.
• Provider roles (walker / vet / shop / shelter) are reviewed and approved by OhPuppy before they go live.
• You must be 13+ to use OhPuppy.
• You can delete your account any time from Settings; your records are erased.

Subscriptions (auto-renewable)

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID / chosen payment method at confirmation.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the same price each period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends.
• Cancel any time in your App Store account settings → Subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal; the current period stays active.
• Where required by law (e.g. EU), statutory withdrawal/refund rights apply.

Marketplace, payments & refunds

Purchases and provider payments are processed by Stripe. Each shop sets its own refund policy; OhPuppy can mediate disputes and suspend shops that misbehave. See the Refund Policy.

Acceptable use

• No illegal, abusive, fraudulent or harmful content or behaviour.
• No misrepresenting your identity, services, or animals.
• We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

Disclaimer & liability

OhPuppy is provided "as is". We're not the provider of third-party products/services and aren't liable for them. OhPuppy is not a substitute for professional veterinary advice in an emergency.

Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified in-app or by email. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.

Използвайки OhPuppy приемаш тези Условия. OhPuppy е платформа/маркетплейс — продуктите и услугите са от независими трети страни. Доставчиците (разходчик/вет/магазин/приют) се одобряват от екипа преди да станат активни. Абонаменти: OhPuppy Plus €4.99/мес, Vet Pro €49.99/мес — подновяват се автоматично, отказват се по всяко време от App Store настройките (отказът спира следващото подновяване). Плащанията са през Stripe; refund-ите се решават от магазина, OhPuppy може да посредничи и да блокира. Можеш да изтриеш акаунта си по всяко време. Контакт: support@ohpuppy.app.
