Refund & Marketplace Policy

How the marketplace works

OhPuppy is a marketplace. Products are sold by independent shops; services (walks, vet visits) are provided by independent professionals. OhPuppy connects you with them and processes payment, but the seller or provider is responsible for the product or service itself.

Refunds on shop orders

• Each shop sets and displays its own refund/return policy. You can see it on the product and order screens before and after buying.
• Refund requests are handled by the shop. Use "Report a problem" on your order to contact them through OhPuppy.
• If a shop is unresponsive or unfair, OhPuppy support steps in. We can mediate and, for repeat offenders, suspend the shop from the marketplace.
• You can cancel an order before it ships; items are returned to stock automatically.

Subscriptions (OhPuppy Plus, Vet Pro)

Subscriptions renew automatically and can be cancelled any time; cancellation stops the next renewal. Where required by law or the App Store, statutory withdrawal rights apply. Manage or cancel from your App Store account settings.

Walks & services

Walk pricing can be adjusted by agreement between owner and walker (e.g. a shorter or longer walk). If the two sides can't agree, the booking stays unresolved and can be escalated to OhPuppy support.
